Hydrobath FAQ's

What is the best bath for home use?

It really depends on whether you want the autofilling and rinsing facilities that the twin tanks offer as to which model will best suit your needs. The twin tanks allow you to have warm water always on hand because the water fills the rinse tank, heats, you then transfer it to the wash tank and it automatically refills and starts to heat while you are using the wash tank water. The single tanks need to be emptied and refilled by hand and then left while they reheat. If you have access to warm water nearby or will be using a rinse not a shampoo then the singles tanks are fine.

I am starting a salon, what bath would you suggest?

For a commercial use then any of our twin tanks would be suitable but if you have access to warm water then the single tank will be fine as you have another source of water to do your rinsing with.
How much is the freight for a hydrobath?
For a freight charge, I need to know the hydrobaths exact delivery address not just a state as it can vary quite a bit on your location.

Are we able to come and view your hydrobaths?

Yes we are open Monday to Friday 8.30 till 4.00.

Can I buy a hydrobath without a heater?

Yes we can make it without the element and that will reduce the price.

What colours do they come in and can I choose my own?

Our standard colour is Blue on Blue. We can customise your bath for you. It is $150 for the same colour inside to out and $175 for a different colour inside to out. It does add to the time for manufacture though. Instead of 2-3 weeks it will take 4-6 weeks as we have to order the shell in especially.

Do you have training courses available?

Unfortunately we don’t but if you contact your local Tafe, they do have grooming courses at some of their campuses.
